Hardview harvested free range and grass fed beef.
The cattle on Hardview have had a free life living on the farm and walking into the river as they please. But according to the locals they always return.
The cattle is essentially wild and came with the farm when purchased. We’ve been advised by the previous owner that they are vaccine free.
This is our introduction into harvesting the cattle and as a special offer we are happy to provide our co-owners with a 10kg (approx) beef box that will have a variety of mince, sausages and cuts are a “lucky dip”. We are offering 1 box per bricklet, but if there are boxes available, we’ll fill requested quantities in the order in which they are received.
When the boxes are packed mince and sausages will be the main products but there will be some other cuts available and added to your box. In the case that there is more orders than what is available from the harvesting we will contact the co-owners to let them know when the next harvesting will take place.
These boxes are pick up only and to be consumed at the farm.
